Meat from Hof Paradies

Richi Barmettler has been the fourth generation to run the Paradies farm in Buochs since 1994. His wife Monika joined him in 2003. At the same time, they switched from dairy farming to suckler cow husbandry, which has developed very positively and continues to give great pleasure.
Monika and Richi have been divorced since 2024. As farm manager, Monika made a significant contribution to the success of the farm for 20 years. Richi can count on the help of his children and his uncle.

Highlights
Natura-Beef stands for meat from ten-month-old calves from suckler cow husbandry. Beef cattle breeds guarantee excellent meat quality. The calves stay together with their mothers in the barn and on the pasture. Free-range husbandry with summer pasture and winter exercise is a prerequisite. The animals make extensive use of meadows and pastures.
