Klewenalp-Lake Lucerne Region

The Klewenalp-Vierwaldstättersee tourism region includes the municipal areas of Isenthal and Seelisberg in the canton of Uri and Emmetten, Beckenried, Buochs and Ennetbürgen in the canton of Nidwalden. The association fulfils the tasks of a classic destination management organisation and consists of the local tourism organisations as well as Bergbahnen Beckenried-Emmetten AG and Treib-Seelisberg-Bahn AG.

Beckenried-Klewenalp

The holiday resort of Beckenried is idyllically situated on the shores of deep blue Lake Lucerne and at the foot of the Klewenalp. The aerial cableway takes you from Beckenried to Klewenalp in just a few minutes. During the journey you can enjoy wonderful views of Lake Lucerne and the mountains of Central Switzerland.

Emmetten

High above Lake Lucerne, in Emmetten, you will find an oasis of peace and active relaxation. From Emmetten, you can go even further up to the Stockhütte or Niederbauen.

Buochs-Ennetbürgen

The lakeside communities of Buochs and Ennetbürgen offer a wide range of activities for water sports enthusiasts, hikers and art lovers.

Isenthal 

Pure idyll: away from the stress and noise of everyday life, you will be greeted by friendly people and interesting personalities after an adventurous journey from Isleten. Surrounded by green meadows and extensive mixed hardwood forests in a marvellous mountain landscape, Isenthal is also rich in living traditions, cultivated handicrafts and living culture.

Seelisberg-Rütli 

The idyllic mountain village of Seelisberg offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Take the boat to the shore station and then take the Treib-Seelisberg railway up to Seelisberg. At the top, not only an impressive mountain and lake panorama awaits you, but also many hiking trails, barbecue areas and a crystal-clear mountain lake with a lido.
