The alp produces Sbrinz AOP and various other creations without additives. The cheese is not only available at the Bürgenstock resort, but also at the Landi and Volg shops in Stansstad. The Bürgenstöckler is particularly popular and is known far beyond Nidwalden. The alp also runs a raclette catering service.
