In Brazil, any meat roasted on a wood-fired grill is called "churrasco". The wording imitates the hissing of the fat dripping into the fire. This Latin American way of preparing meat dishes is extremely popular in Argentina and Brazil. In almost every town in South America you will find a restaurant of this type, called a "churrascaria". These are often simply furnished and serve according to the "all-you-can-eat principle".
In Stansstad, the "RIO churrasco" welcomes you. The art of preparation and the à discrétion offer have been adopted. However, there is no question of a simple establishment. The evening can be enjoyed wonderfully in a stylish ambience with a mighty wood-fired grill in the centre of the hall.
