Pilatus at 2,132 metres above sea level can be reached in 30 minutes from Alpnachstad by the world's steepest cogwheel railway and/or from Kriens/Lucerne by cable car. IMPORTANT: Please note that the hotels can only be reached by cable car from Kriens and/or cogwheel train from Alpnachstad. We would also like to point out that the gondola or aerial cableway may be temporarily or completely closed in the event of thunderstorms, storms, etc. It is not possible to get up the mountain at all times, so please plan your journey well in advance and check the current timetable: pilatus. ch/informieren/fahrplan

You will receive the train tickets at the base stations at a reduced price of CHF 50.40 instead of CHF 72.00 / person with proof of confirmation. Children up to 16 years, Half-Fare Card and GA-holders pay CHF 36.00 / person, the tickets are included in the packages.
