We are on a slight hill, at the end of a residential neighbourhood, adjacent to the farm. The well-equipped flat has its own garden seating area or terrace and its own entrance. You can choose between a ground floor flat or an attic flat. Not suitable for small children under 5 years.
There is no TV, but good wifi. We live on the middle floor ourselves and are always available for emergencies or guests' concerns. However, we stay in the background so that you can enjoy an undisturbed holiday. A marvellous view of the mountains allows for great relaxation.

Directions & Parking facilities
We are easily accessible via the A2 motorway, exit Stans-Süd. There is a free car parking space in front of the flat. The accommodation is not suitable for guests without a car, as we are on a slight hill and a 25-minute walk from Stans railway station.

Smoking is prohibited in the flat, but permitted on the terrace. No pets allowed. No parties. Laundry can be provided on request. Costs Fr. 6.-. The guest does a rough cleaning before departure and disposes of the waste independently
