Schoggi Stübli

When customers come into the Schoggistübli, they can watch the Schoggi Stübli team at work, or walkers can look in through the shop window and see directly onto the work table, where chocolates are coated and decorated by hand, where walnuts are chopped and almonds are caramelised, where chocolate is spread by hand and marzipan is grated with an old rolling machine - just like in the old days.
