The historic inn and the "Glasi" are a well-rehearsed team: fire and shining crystal, plus passionate craftsmanship with regional market cuisine - all this comes together in the "Adler". Honest. Authentic. Rooted. The kitchen smokes the fine Orkney salmon itself, prepares fresh "Hacktätschli" and swears by cordon bleu with Uri cream cheese, herb butter and farmer's ham. The "Glasi Güggeli" on glass, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, has cult status like the "Adler" itself.  The succulent Swiss Gourmet Poulets are freshly prepared in the oven several times a day. Served with a butter and herb sauce and chips - culinary bliss can be so simple.
