The Nidwalden Tourism Board currently consists of nine board members. It is primarily responsible for the strategic management of the organisation.

The office of Nidwalden Tourism is located in the travel centre of zb Zentralbahn AG in Stans. Nidwalden Tourism does not operate a counter with customer contact, but offers guest information by telephone and e-mail.
