Guest information

The Klewenalp tourist region operates a guest information centre at the boat station in Beckenried. In Seelisberg and Buochs, this service is provided by partners and in Emmetten there is a freely accessible information centre.

Our team in the guest information centres will provide you with competent, friendly and passionate advice during our opening hours. You can also obtain the following services from us in Beckenried:

Sale of tickets for (almost) all means of transport in the region, especially excursions by boat and mountain railway
Sale of the special ‘Goldi Family Safari’ and ‘Klewenalp-Isenthal Alpine Hike’ tickets
Sale of the Tell Pass - THE travel pass for the region
Sale of hiking and biking maps, postcards and small souvenirs
Advice on hikes, timetables, excursions
Information on hotels and holiday apartments
Brochures on excursion destinations, sights etc.
