The heart of Hof Murmatt is the Spycher, newly built in 2013. In the spacious processing kitchen, the treasures from the garden are processed into fine syrups, preserves and chutneys, among other things, and runner beans, herbs and flowers are gently dried with solar energy in the self-built drying cabinet.
