As a federally certified hiking guide and snow sports instructor with FA (internationally recognised by the Union of International Mountain Leader Associations UIMLA and the International Ski Instructors Association ISIA), Lara will guide you through the Swiss landscapes all year round: from mountain and alpine hiking (up to T4), to snowshoeing, freeriding and easy ski tours, there's something for everyone. Lara has also been involved for over 10 years as a esa expert in the training and further education of esa hiking and snowshoe guides and as a specialist speaker. as a specialist lecturer on the Swiss Hiking Trail Leader professional training course (SWW).
As a Master's qualified coach in the mental and stress area, Lara often and gladly accompanies people with a fear of heights, vertigo or even step insecurities: Understanding, tackling, overcoming - in the terrain and, yes, in life!
