Relax and unwind, read a good book, enjoy the warming sunshine and take a refreshing swim in Lake Uri in between. All this is possible at the Isleten bathing beach. This is around 5 minutes' walk from the Isleten-Isenthal boat station. If you want to travel by bus, get off at Isleten Seegarten. And if you fancy spreading out your towel on the lawn, you can do so right next to the car park by the restaurant. Children can splash around carefree in the fenced-off swimming area in the lake in front of the meadow - the water depth only rises slowly. A complete gravel beach can be found around 250 metres to the north where the Isentalerbach flows into Lake Uri. At the Isitalerbach there is a pile in the lake that can be climbed to jump into the cool water. There are various shady spots on both beaches and a great view of the mountain panorama. There is a toilet facility in the restaurant. This can also be used by bathers for a small fee.
