The valley station of the Hammetschwand lift is located on the rocky path and is a 30-minute walk from the Bürgenstock Resort. The highest outdoor lift in Europe takes you from the Felsenweg 1528 metres up to the Hammetschwand in just one minute

In bad weather with rainy, windy or icy conditions, the Hammetschwand lift is closed.
