The holiday flat is located in the Knöpfli family's detached house. The two-room granny flat is situated in a wonderful, sunny and quiet location at 750 metres above sea level, with an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains.

The flat is located 25 km south of Lucerne. There is direct access and no through traffic. After hikes or excursions, you can return to an oasis of peace and enjoy the fantastic view of the lake and mountains, or relax in your own sauna!
About the surrounding area
The holiday resort of Emmetten with its good infrastructure is an ideal starting point for hikes, excursions, etc.. There are two mountain railways within 15 minutes walking distance. One leads to Niederbauen with its paragliding paradise, the other to the hiking paradise of Klewenalp-Stockhütte. Emmetten has a well-kept restaurant and maintains a very good infrastructure (village shop, sports shop, hairdresser, post office, public transport, doctor, etc.).
